Alexa Barkyoumb, Customer Service Care Manager, has been recognized for her exceptional dedication and leadership in customer service. Jose Lisboa, a seasoned Motorcoach Operator, is celebrated for his exceptional service and safety record. With over 39 years of dedicated service and more than one million miles of safe driving, Jose has made a significant impact on the lives of passengers and the community. His friendly demeanor and professionalism provide a safe and welcoming experience for all passengers, earning him a well-deserved nomination.

Rob Lawson, Operations Manager, is known for his strategic leadership and operational excellence. Rob’s proactive approach has led to numerous improvements in service delivery and customer engagement. His commitment to operational excellence and customer care ensures that every passenger’s experience is safe, reliable, and enjoyable.

Winners will be announced at the gala event being held April 29th, 2024 at the MassMutual Center.
