Please confirm your planned itinerary prior to travel by viewing schedules online or by contacting Customer Care at 1-800-343-9999.
*If you received an email from us that your schedule was cancelled due to our current schedule change, you can request a new reservation here (select the ‘Schedule Change” option from the drop-down menu). **If your travel time is within 36 hours, we recommend to call us at 1-800-343-9999 to make your new reservation.**

Bus Stop Changes:
Springfield, MA: All Peter Pan service in Springfield, MA is at the NEW Union Station – 55 Frank B. Murray Street 01103. Details here.
Holyoke Mall, MA: Effective 11/29 we will no longer service Holyoke Mall. Service is available from Holyoke (Maple St.) or Springfield Union Station.
Portsmouth, RI: Effective Monday, 12/4, we will move to a NEW bus stop in Portsmouth, RI – the Park & Ride Lot off of Rte 138 (off Boyds Lane). Details here.
Middletown, RI: Effective Monday 12/4 we will no longer service Middletown, RI. Service is available from Portsmouth, Newport or Fall River.
