Upon boarding, customers must present their printed e-ticket (printed full page, single sided, with bar code) and a valid photo ID (matching the customer’s name on e-ticket). The confirmation page or tickets displayed on electronic devices are not accepted.

If you do not have access to a printer we recommend purchasing your ticket(s) at your departing location. E-tickets may be printed at select terminals and agencies (a fee may apply).

Online ticket discounts are available up to two (2) hours before departure. If purchasing your ticket two (2) hours until fifteen (15) minutes prior to departure tickets can be purchased at the bus terminal or online at the full fare. If purchasing your ticket less than fifteen (15) minutes prior to departure, tickets are available at terminals at the full fare.

A facility fee (in addition to the confirmed ticket price) will apply per ticket portion, per customer.

Fares vary based on date, time of travel and available seats for each schedule. Fares are subject to change at any time, without notice. Generally speaking, the further in advance you buy the lower the fare … closer to the date, as the bus fills up, the fares increase. Fares referenced on peterpanbus.com are generally offered at a lower fare than what is sold in-person at our ticket counters. Ticket counters cannot honor the fares found through our website.

Certain fares, discounts and advance fares are not available during peak period and holiday travel periods.

An email containing your e-ticket and itinerary will be sent to the email address provided during the order. Printing requires a current version of Adobe Reader (ex: version 8.0 or above). Please check your “junk” or “spam” folder to ensure the email was not directed there in error.

If you did not receive the ticket confirmation email, contact our Customer Care Center at 800-343-9999 for assistance. Please have your ticket confirmation number, itinerary, email address, the customer name and billing information available.

Purchasing Tickets at Bus Terminals

Standard fare tickets are available for purchase at terminals and agencies. Depending on the route, both refundable and non-refundable tickets options may exist – enquire with agent for details.

All tickets are date and time specific.

When buying tickets, please have the following available:
• First and last name(s) of each customer traveling (for security purposes)
• Itinerary of travel (route and date(s) and time(s) of travel)
• Valid photo ID confirming identity may be required during time of purchase or when boarding the bus
• Valid form of payment (cash, major credit/debit card). A valid photo ID is required when purchasing a ticket with a credit card.

Prepaid Ticket Orders

Prepaid ticket orders (PTO) are available at major ticketing locations allowing you to send a ticket to another person in another location for travel.

Tickets are date and time specific and sold at the standard adult terminal fare. The buyer pays a non-refundable service charge at time of purchase, regardless of number of tickets purchased.

Tickets can only be sent to participating terminals within the continental U.S.A. where PTO’s are accepted. Both service stations must be open at the time of the transaction and the ticket pickup.

Buyer and recipient should allow three hours from time of purchase to departure time to complete the transaction. Valid photo ID, or a password, is required to pick up the ticket. The recipient has ten (10) days from the date of purchase to pick up the ticket.

Only the purchaser may cancel the ticket or apply for a refund (if the ticket is refundable).
