Tickets are available for purchase at peterpanbus.com, at Peter Pan terminals and agencies, and by calling Customer Care (1-800-343-9999).
Please review your order carefully… all tickets are date and time specific and non-refundable.
Please have the following available when purchasing your ticket(s):
• First and last name(s) of each customer traveling (for security purposes)
• Itinerary of travel (route and date(s) and time(s) of travel)
• Valid photo ID confirming identity may be required during time of purchase or when boarding the bus
• Valid form of payment (cash, major credit/debit card). A valid photo ID is required when purchasing a ticket with a credit card.
A facility fee (in addition to the confirmed ticket price) will apply per ticket portion, per customer.
Fares vary based on date, time of travel and available seats for each schedule. Fares are subject to change at any time, without notice. Generally speaking, the further in advance you buy the lower the fare … closer to the date, as the bus fills up, the fares increase. Certain fares, discounts and advance fares are not available during peak period and holiday travel periods.
When purchasing your ticket through peterpanbus.com, a confirmation email containing your ticket and/or QR code will be sent to the email address provided during the order. Please check your “junk” or “spam” folder to ensure the email was not directed there in error.
If you did not receive the ticket confirmation email, contact our Customer Care Center at 800-343-9999 for assistance. Please have your ticket confirmation number, itinerary, email address, the customer name and billing information available.
Upon boarding, a printed ticket is not required! Customers can present either their ticket (including the bar code and/or QR code) on an electronic device!
If customers prefer, we still accept printed tickets. Please have your valid photo ID out and ready to show our driver.
Customers who purchase their ticket in person at a ticket counter will receive a paper ticket to present to the driver when boarding.
As internet service varies from terminal to terminal, we highly recommend you screenshot the ticket bar code and/or QR code and save it to your device’s “Photos” for easy access during boarding.
Prepaid Ticket Orders
Prepaid ticket orders (PTO) are available at select ticketing locations allowing you to send a ticket to another person in another location for travel.
Tickets are date and time specific and sold at the standard adult terminal fare. The buyer pays a non-refundable ten dollar ($10.00) service charge at time of purchase, per ticket.
Tickets can only be sent to participating terminals within the continental U.S.A. where PTO’s are accepted. Both service stations must be open at the time of the transaction and the ticket pickup.
Buyer and recipient should allow three hours from time of purchase to departure time to complete the transaction. Valid photo ID, or a password, is required to pick up the ticket. The recipient has ten (10) days from the date of purchase to pick up the ticket.
Only the purchaser may cancel the ticket or apply for a refund (if the ticket is refundable).
