As a family-owned business, we care deeply about our customers and the stresses that impact their lives, as well as the lives of their loved ones. We recognize that the news and events related to the new Coronavirus (COVID-19) are changing from day-to-day and, that, the needs of some of our customers are therefore also in flux.
Starting today, March 9, 2020 and running through April 5, 2020, customers who need to postpone scheduled travel can contact Peter Pan Bus Lines Customer Care by CLICKING HERE to cancel existing travel arrangements and request that a travel credit be placed in their PERKS account to be used for future travel. We will continue to evaluate the need for further flexibility during the coming weeks.
Commitment to Cleanliness
Bus transportation is one of the safest methods of travel with a constant flow of fresh, filtered air coming into the bus. Peter Pan Bus Lines buses have always been cleaned according to established industry protocols in order to ensure the health and comfort of our passengers and drivers. In addition to normal everyday cleaning, we have elevated the level of interior cleaning using safe, approved, and hospital-grade disinfecting products. All buses also have hand sanitizer available.
