Before You Travel

Find Your Bus: As you enter the outlet, follow signs to Group Tour Bus Drop/Bus Parking, which will bring you to the rear of the mall.

Service Note: Buses will depart and unload at the designated area for bus parking. Please signal to the driver to stop when you see the bus approaching.

Parking Information

Parking available onsite? Yes. Parking is available at the East Parking Lot. (Overnight parking available - see notes below for more parking information).

Parking rate: Free

Parking notes: If parking overnight, please see Management Office (between 8:30am-5:00pm Monday through Friday) to obtain overnight parking paperwork. Outside of business hours, the overnight parking paperwork can be obtained from Security.

Customers parking for more than 48 hours, during inclement weather periods (snow etc.) or on holiday weekends should park at the lot across from the main entrance to the outlets (directly off Route 20).

Ticket Sales

ALL passengers must have a pre purchased ticket for travel. Tickets must be purchased prior to departure on www.peterpanbus.com or on our Peter Pan Bus APP

Please confirm information prior to your departure.

Tickets are non-refundable unless stated.

Mobile Boarding

Show the driver your boarding pass from your mobile device, or simply walk up to the bus and tell the driver your name.
