Travel Alert: Passengers Traveling Out of New York City on NOVEMBER 25TH, 26TH, 29TH & 30TH

Please be advised that during the upcoming holiday travel period, gate assignments at the NYC Port Authority Bus Terminal will be temporarily adjusted to better accommodate our passengers.

The following dates and times will operate under the updated gate changes:

Tuesday, November 25: 7:00 AM to 8:00 PM
Wednesday, November 26:  7:00 AM to 8:00 PM
Saturday, November 29:  7:00 AM to 8:00 PM
Sunday, November 30:  7:00 AM to 8:00 PM

*Queuing for Curbside 42nd St departures will be inside the North Wing of the Port Authority on the Main Level at the top of the escalators, one level up from the Peter Pan Ticket Counter*

For travel Tuesday, November 25th through Sunday, November 30th, your service may be operated by one of our trusted partners.

Please be aware that your service may not be operated by a Peter Pan branded bus.

South Station Boston, MA | Relocation North Wing:

Effective Tuesday, November 4th: Peter Pan Bus will relocate all departures and arrivals to gates 29–34 at the new North Wing at the South Station Bus Terminal.

Please allow additional time to locate your departure gates.

Williamstown, MA Travel Alert: Starting 10/10/25:

Temporary Relocation of PETER PAN Pickup Location – Williamstown MA

Due to ongoing construction, our Williamstown, MA stop has been temporarily relocated.

New Temporary Location:
Between Spring Street and Lawrence Hall Drive (Route 2)
At the Williamstown Local Service bus stop

Please plan accordingly and allow extra time to reach the temporary stop location.

*Beginning Friday, October 10th , Logan Airport will temporarily relocate the B1 pickup location due to ongoing construction. PETER PAN’S scheduled bus pickup will be temporarily relocated to Doors B-104 and B-105
