Refundable Fares
Want added flexibility? You can make your ticket refundable during checkout for an additional $18 fee.
Simply select your travel details and choose the 'Refundable' option before completing your purchase!
Important Conditions for Refundable Fares
Refundable fares apply only to unused tickets purchased prior to departure.
Refundable fares are available only for the original order and do not cover any change fees if the original purchase has been modified.
If one leg of a round-trip ticket has been used, the unused portion is refundable if the refundable fare fee has been paid.
Refund requests must be submitted in writing through Peter Pan’s Customer Care at www.peterpanbus.com/request at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
Only fares purchased with the refundable option are eligible for refunds.
The refundable fare fee and other ticketing fees are refundable. However, a $5 cancellation fee per traveler will be deducted from the refund.
Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.
