Peter Pan is pleased to offer a guaranteed reserved seat to passengers traveling Northeast EXPRESS.
Northeast EXPRESS: Routes are indicated with a “EXP” under the schedule column on the Peter Pan purchase ticket pages on the Peter Pan website.
An Express “E” symbol is also noted on the Express schedules listed on the Greyhound website.
In order to have smooth boarding we encourage passengers to please arrive no later than 15 minutes prior to their scheduled departure time to assure a seat on their schedule.
Standard ticket and Standard E-Ticket: Peter Pan’s Standard Ticket is first-come, first-served general boarding on any Non-Express schedule.
Standard tickets are valid for the specific date and scheduled time in which you purchased. Customers who do not board for the scheduled time on the date in which the ticket was originally purchased may ride “stand-by” at a later time on the same date in which your original travel was booked.
Traveling “stand-by” means a passenger may be able to board a schedule at a later time on the same date that is referenced on the original ticket, but this stand-by seat is subject to schedule availability on the same date of travel.
