Peter Pan, passengers are responsible for transferring their own bags. Baggage assistance is available upon request. Special handling ID tags are available for customers that need help with their luggage, such as elderly passengers, customers with disabilities or adults traveling with small children.
Please be sure that all your bags have an identification tag on them. These are available at the ticket counter. Please make sure your bags are properly tagged inside and out.
Because the security of you baggage is important, each customer must be in charge of getting your bags to the bus and transferring them when making a connecting bus.

Unpackaged or Packaged are part of the Free Baggage Allowance; if the number of bags with the bicycle exceeds the allowance, the customer is charged for each item exceeding the allowance at current carrier rates.
Unpackaged bicycles are only to be transported in an empty cargo bin on a space-available basis.
If an empty bin is not available, the customer must wait and try the next available schedule, or purchase a bicycle box to take the current schedule. Storage charges are waived for customers who have already paid for excess, oversize, overweight baggage or a bicycle box.
Pets are not allowed. At Peter Pan, customers with disabilities accompanied by a service animal are welcome. The service animal is the responsibility of its owner and must be under the control of its owner at all times (i.e., leash, harness or carrier). The service animal must ride in the bus within the customer’s space. Service animals may not travel in the aisle or occupy a seat. Peter Pan reserves the right to refuse passage to any animal that poses a direct threat to the health and safety of other customers and/or Peter Pan personnel.
